Product Description

These heavy-duty removable-type keys are our standard fixture keys for large fixture plates. Locating Keys are available in two body diameters -- metric (30mm) and inch (1-3/16").
These keys are used for mounting all of our Rectangular Tooling Plates, blank and modular.Locating Keys can be inserted from above, after placing the fixture plate on the machine table, to keep the underside free of obstructions. If desired, Locating Keys can be removed before machining, after the fixture is fastened to the machine table. The tapped hole in the key's top surface makes insertion and removal easier.
Locating flats are accurate to within .0005" true position of the body diameter. Available for table-slot sizes from 5/8 to 7/8" (14 to 22mm in metric). Made in USA.
