Product Description

High-quality linear shafts to complement linear bearings, PBC linear plain bearings and pillow block bearings.

Size options – A selection of sizes are available – metric sizes from 5-150mm, (3/16 – 4″ imperial)
Long life – Precision hardened and ground steel linear shafts are h6 tolerance or class L, surface finished to 0.2 – 0.4µm for maximum bearing life.
Easy to assemble – Shafts are supplied drilled for customer assembly or fitted to the support rails for ease of supply.
Support rails – Are available ready to mount to prevent shaft deflection under load and provide a high level of rigidity in order to achieve optimum performance.

Additional Information:

• A low overall height makes the support rails particularly suitable for use with Hepco Pacific Pillow Blocks.
• The standard support rail is manufactured from aluminium alloy and comes in 600mm lengths, these are then cut/butted together to fit the overall length of the shaft.
• Stainless steel shaft in 400 series hardened and ground, 300 series unhardened or hardcoat anodized aluminium.
