News related to technical support
- The new version 2013 (2.6.3) of TraceParts DVD is progressively shipped to the customers with a valid maintenance contract. This new version replaces the version 2.6.2 SP2 for which the technical support remains available via email.
- 64-bit compatibility
TraceParts DVD 2013 (2.6.3) is compatible with Windows XP Pro & Vista 64-bit and with the majority of 64-bit CAD software, including CATIA V5, Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, etc.

- Support termination for versions 1.x.x, 2.0.x, 2.1.x, 2.2.x and 2.3.x
Versions 1.x.x, 2.0.x, 2.1.x, 2.2.x and 2.3.x are no longer used, sold or even distributed since 2006 (for the most recent of them). Therefore all of these versions are not supported anymore. As a consequence, any technical request concerning these versions will be dismissed.

There is a mistake in TraceParts help file and ReadMe files.
Contrary to what is written, TraceParts does not work with any release of Windows 2000 family.
